The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Cin Cin Goldsmith will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Customer only able to raise return within 2 days when tracking number show customer received the order.
If there is any returned in an Unsuitable condition / DO NOT meet our return policy guideline / Change of mind / Product does not suit me / Goods or products damaged by customer / Wrong click and etc., then we may have to reject your return request. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange and there will not be any refund.
