Upon receival of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via the contact information you provided within 3 days. The returned goods/products must be in its original packaging as you received with the original receipt together as the proof of purchase. The returned products must not have been worn, used or altered in any possible way. We accept return and refund within 2 days after delivery (based on the date as tracking number showing you have received the order).

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Cin Cin Goldsmith will not be responsible for refunding an untraceable or lost packaged item. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Thus, we recommend that customers use delivery services that insure you for the value of goods and keep the tracking number with you in case we need it for reference. Refunds are cost for the returned products only. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
